Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may be longer than advertised, especially during pre-orders and product releases.

If you haven’t received your parcel after two weeks, please contact us using the contact form. We need to notify the shipper about lost parcels within three weeks.

This store (madheaters.com) sells in US dollars and is set up for customers shopping from the United States. Shipping rates, carriers, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.

If we ship your order to an address outside the United States, it is your responsibility to know your country’s import rules, taxes, duties, and handling fees. The majority of our products are made in China. Failure to pay any fees or refusal to accept delivery means we can only provide a refund if the package is safely returned to us, minus our delivery costs.

Country restrictions

We cannot ship to Poland or Greece due to customs issues. Orders to Israel can take about 4–8 weeks.

Delivery

Domestic US orders are typically handed to a US carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or the carrier shown at checkout) and include online tracking. International orders, when offered, are transferred to your local postal service or a regional courier. Delivery aims shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
