This Privacy Policy describes how madheaters.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Prices on this Site are shown in US dollars. If a currency or location tool is used, you agree that we (and our processors) may use your IP address to estimate location so the store can show the correct market, and that a temporary session cookie may remember that choice until you close your browser.

  • Source: collected from you.
  • Shared with: Shopify and the shipping courier you choose (or that we assign) at checkout, only to fulfill the shipment.

Customer support information

  • Examples: name, addresses, payment details needed to identify an order, email, and phone number.
  • Purpose: to provide customer support.
  • Source: collected from you.
  • We do not sell your customer-support information.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the contact form to request deletion.

If you are in the EEA, we process Personal Information on the bases of consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability, and you may object to certain processing. Shopify may process data in Ireland, Canada, and the United States. Retention

When you place an order, we keep the related Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it and we are legally able to do so.

Automatic decision-making

We do not use fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect. Shopify may use limited automated fraud checks (for example short-lived denylists of IPs or cards tied to repeated failed transactions).

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the store (cart, checkout, login) and cookies for analytics and preferences. You can block cookies in your browser; some store features may stop working. We do not change our practices in response to “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistent industry standard.
